Begin with salt water, warm towels, and breakfast after the tide.

Ask what is possible during your visit. Every experience is shaped by the weather, the season, and the people who join.

Begin with the shore before the day fills up. Morning Swim is a gentle invitation to meet the water, take your time, and return for something warm afterward. The experience is planned for a ninety-minute window, leaving space to change, linger, and ease into breakfast without turning the morning into a race.

Bring swimwear, a towel, dry layers, and anything you usually want close by after time outdoors. The conditions, entry point, and available facilities can change with weather, tide, and season. Before you book, ask whether a session is running on your date, where participants meet, what changing arrangements are available, and what the water and access conditions are expected to be.

If you have questions about the route to the water, steps, surfaces, seating, or assistance, share them when you enquire. The host can explain the current arrangements and help you decide whether they fit your needs. Ask who will be present and what support is available during the session; do not assume supervision, equipment, or a particular level of access unless it has been confirmed for that date.

Some mornings invite a swim; others are better spent watching the tide from shore. Weather can change the plan, and taking a quieter option is part of listening to the day. The experience is optional, and there is no expectation to enter the water. Return at your own pace for a warm drink, breakfast, and a slower start. Confirm current conditions and arrangements with the host before setting out.
